Wondering what to do with the left over masala that you made for your Parathas? Here’s a quick recipe to make a tasty tikki’s.

Ingredients:
- Left over masala ( You can use any of your paratha masala.Here i have taken one cup of aloo and gobi masala)
- Oats – 1/4 cup
- Chilli flakes – 1tbsp
- Oregano – 1tbsp
- Maida – 2tbsp
- Oil for frying
Preparation:
- First dry toast the oats for about 5mins in medium flame and keep them aside.
- Now take the left over masala add chilli flakes and oregano to it and mix well.
- Take 2tbsp of Maida and make a smooth paste out of it(watery consistency).
- Make small patties out of the masala, dip them in the Maida paste and then roll over the roasted oats.
- Refrigerate them for 1 hour in the fridge or 20 mins in the freezer.
- Now take a fry pan and add required amount of oil to fry the tikki’s.
- Fry the tikki’s until golden brown and then serve them with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
- Enjoy crispy tikki’s.
NOTE :You can add grated cheese to the masala to add a different flavor to your dish.
