Ingredients:


• Beetroots – 2 (medium sized)

• Ginger – 1inch

• Milk – ½ cup

• Grated Jaggery – 1 tbsp

Preparation:


• Firstly, peel the beetroot completely, cut it into small pieces.
• Add the beetroot pieces into a blending jar.
• Add Jaggery and a piece of ginger.
• Now add ½ cup of milk and ½ cup of water.
• Blend or grind it finely for few minutes.
• Take a strainer and strain the juice into glasses.
• Now your juice is ready to be served.
