Green gram / Moong dal sprouted salad

Ingredients:

Green gram/ Moong dal sprouts – 1 Cup

Chopped cucumber – ¼ cup

Chopped tomato – ¼ cup

Grated carrot – ¼ cup

Roasted peanuts – 2 tbsp

Crushed black pepper – ¼ tbsp

Chat masala – ¼ tbsp

Jal jeera powder – ¼ tbsp

Lemon – Half (Medium sized)

Salt – As per requirement

Preparation:

  • Take a bowl for mixing, add moong dal sprouts, cucumber, tomato and carrot.
  • Now add pepper powder, chat masala, jal jeera powder and sprinkle salt as per requirement.
  • Squeeze half lemon into the bowl and mix all the ingredients together. Make sure everything is well combined.
  • Finally garnish with 2 tbsp roasted groundnuts to give a crunch to your salad.
  • Enjoy your healthy and tasty salad.

Tips: When your serving this salad for kids, you can mix masala peanuts instead of normal roasted peanuts to add some flavour.
