Ingredients:
Curd – 1 ½ cup
Finely chopped onions – 1 cup
Finely chopped cucumber – ½ cup
Finely chopped tomato – ¼ cup
Cumin – ¼ tbsp
Salt – As per requirement
Coriander – For garnishing
Preparation:
- Take a bowl for mixing the raita.
- Crush the cumin seeds in a hand pounder.
- Now combine all the ingredients together mix well.
- Finally garnish with some coriander leaves and enjoy refreshing onion-cucumber raita.
