Onion and Cucumber Raita

This is a lovely side that is cooling and refreshing . Serve this with spicy Indian dishes to help you cool the palate. You can also have a cup of this refreshing raita on a hot summer day which will help you cool down your body temperature.

Ingredients:

Curd – 1 ½ cup

Finely chopped onions – 1 cup

Finely chopped cucumber – ½ cup

Finely chopped tomato – ¼ cup

Cumin – ¼ tbsp

Salt – As per requirement

Coriander – For garnishing

Preparation:

  • Take a bowl for mixing the raita.
  • Crush the cumin seeds in a hand pounder.
  • Now combine all the ingredients together mix well.
  • Finally garnish with some coriander leaves and enjoy refreshing onion-cucumber raita.
